Return and Refund Policy (draft)

Return of artwork will only be accepted if an arrangement to this effect has been agreed to prior to sale completion
Arrangement to "approve or return" artwork must be given in writing by the seller
Should a return be appropriate, acceptance will be dependent on the artwork being received in its original packaging and in the same condition as it was dispatched by the seller
The artwork arrived within 14 days of your request
The cost of the return will be for the buyer's account
Artwork created, mounted or framed to order are not eligible for return
When appropriate, a refund will be deposited to the same account from which payment was originally received
Return address will be advised once agreement for return has been reached
